Indication
Developed to make powdered milk for the purpose of preserving milk for a long time, the spray dryer has been widely applied to new material fields including nano and bio technologies as well as food, medicines, chemical products, and ceramics as advanced material industries develop and their production keep increasing.
It is used to make liquid materials into granules with good liquidity and solubility in a short period of time and hence gives excellent uniformity to raw materials when they are simply transferred or dry-molded under pressure at a high speed. In addition, it delivers good solubility and is used to produce uniform quality of chemical products.
Features
◎ Principle of spray drying
Spraying drying is a drying method which uses hot air in a drying chamber to obtain powder from sprayed slurry. If slurry is sprayed, it forms a spherical shape due to its surface tension and gets dried at the same time, which produces spherical powder.
◎ Features
– Spherical homogeneous dry granule: As a NITSD series of sprayers are designed to keep constant the tension of a rotating belt generated due to the rotation of a centrifugal disk and concentration difference of raw materials, they optimize and maximize spraying efficiency.
– Easy maintenance: As this spray dryer is easily detachable, even a beginner can attach and detach it easily.
– Centralized monitoring of operation: The whole system can be monitored through a display panel at a glance.
◎ Applications
Atomization and spherification of raw materials for electronic ceramics (dielectric material, piezoelectric material, ceramic sensor, secondary battery materials, etc.), structural ceramics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics, etc.
