Indication
It is designed to have a moderate advantage of milling and dispersion even in high viscosity. Unlike existing bead mills, this mill uses a different vessel (different proportion of internal diameter to length) and reduces the dwell time of materials in the milling zone, which results in sharp particle size distribution.
Features
– Annular type: It is an annular-type bead mill where the rotation of the rotor in the gap portion of a double cylinder with vessel and rotor causes the movement of beads for milling and pulping
in the shear.
– Plug flow: It narrows the gap between the internal wall of the vessel and the outside of the rotor and causes materials to follow to other plug flow by the action of special protrusions on the rotor surface, resulting in more smooth material flow.
