◎ Principle
The inside walls of mill chamber have a bump structure and the high-speed hammer (linear velocity: 120m/sec) generates a vortex due to the attached surface plate. As a result, raw materials are milled by going smash into milling hammer and bumps in the inside walls of the chamber.
As the classifier has a separator, it can select any desired particle size by adjusting the rotation speed of the separator.

◎ Features
Any separate classifier is not required because milling and classification are performed in one process.
As it is easy to assemble and disassemble, it is convenient to maintain.
As the particle size distribution of milled particles is narrow, high-quality products can be produced. As it doesn’t need any wire mesh or nonwoven fabrics, any impurity is very unlikely to be introduced. Due to its compact size, it can be installed in a small space.
